Officers from Wymondham Roads Policing are appealing for
witnesses to a serious road traffic collision which took place in
the early hours of this morning.
At approximately 1:30am, a red Ford Fiesta was travelling on the
A149 in Heacham when it was in collision with a male pedestrian
believed to be walking along the road in the same direction.
The pedestrian received serious leg and head injuries and is
currently undergoing treatment in hospital.
Sgt Chris Winter, Wymondham Roads Policing, would like to hear
from anyone who witnessed the collision itself or the manner
of driving of the Fiesta and the movements of the
pedestrian prior to the incident.
